Helen - Knee Replacement Patient

Prior to having a knee replacement I consulted Josh at PREP who recommended a group of exercises and stretches to strengthen my knee muscles. After my surgery, the physios were amazed at how easily I was able to do my rehab. I believe it was due to Josh’s exercise regime.

Injury to the ACL is a very common sporting injury and often requires a long and intense rehabilitation journey. 

Since experiencing four ACL reconstructions himself, Josh takes a personal interest in the latest knee rehabilitation research and technology. He has gone on to rehabilitate many injured people towards their goals of returning to sport and activity.
