Mission

At PREP, our mission is to prepare your body better.
We do this with our 3 key values.
Values
Lead
Joy
Empower
Be a leader of exercise and health in the Illawarra. This encompasses our standards of practice, providing the best services, up-skilling and staying at the front of research.
We aim to treat every client like they’re family or an olympian, striving for excellence in every aspect of our work.

Bring joy to all people involved. We strive to create a culture where people genuinely enjoy being here. This comes through having a fun and playful energy that sparks a light for anyone we’re working with!
After all, laughter truly is the best medicine!

Empower clients to regain control of their lives. We want to give individuals the education and tools to manage their health and performance in order to thrive. The use of exercise and movement that is tailored to each individual, their circumstances and most importantly their goals creates long lasting results.
